PORT FORWARDING HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am getting very mad!!!!!! I DID EVERY STEP AND EVERYTHING PERFECTLY CORRECT!!!!!!!!! MY PORTS AND STUFF LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE IT SHOULD!!!!!!! the problem is that once I host the game, it appears as dead!! HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
