Ephi decided to force his mod to be on. I then proceeded to ask him what $RTB_barred pref was for if he could just check it via his server. It is just there to keep you from seing the banned GUI again. I got banned from RTB that day. Then unbanned.

That line of code you pointed out made sure that the server has the Weapon_Gun mod enabled. The akimbo code relies entirely on the normal gun, so if that add-on does not exist then the Akimbo guns cannot function properly. The comment merely stated this in a jocular manner, but apparently that kind of humor goes right over you guys.
