Map Request!!!!! West Coast City

I'm requesting a large west coast city(experienced mappers) maybe San Jose, Los Angeles, San Francisco I would make this (or attempt) myself but even after trying and succeeding at every tutorial to install a map editor it still won't work, I'm really hoping for some cool stuff

WEST COAST City, only GSF SAn ANdreas has a West Coast City, but it isn't  resembled well and is miniature
