If you have good aim, you can nail the lightbulb in the lamp and break it with a tank shell too.

You need Fooly's mods and the flying cap. /monkeyme and then go pick up the flying cap. fly it around for a bit and then take it off. you will transform back into a person but the monkey will still be going through you!
