Did you apply a noise filter or something to it, or did you convert into to black and white by switching the color mode to indexed or black and white or whatever the program you're using calls it? You should have done it through gray scale instead.

I didn't put a lot of effort into it, Photocopy and Guasian blur? Also simple slogan Badspot has, "The Game where you build stuff." Simple, small, effective. Yours is good I'll give you that but Legally Bloko is Legally distinct from LEGO, should be something like, "BRICKS + COMPUTER = WIN".

I did some contrast and color work, then I ran it through a threshold filter and did something to get those little blast-like lines in the BLOCKLAND and main picture.

Sirrus, I think your shirt idea is great! I also know of a place where you can make logos and what-not: http://www.logomaker.com Instead of paying, just use printscreen, go into Paint, and edit it so the paper lines aren't there.
