Put it in your addons folder, if it doesnt work you fail/doing it wrong.

put in add on folder then start blockland like you normally would

If snot's idea didn't work make sure you have full version (bought it) becuase RTB has an IRC Client which connects to internet. And to connect to internet on BL and RTB you need the full version.
