If the whole topic is asking whether to build one thing or another, the two choices should be the only things in the poll. Adding more options (ridiculous ones, at that) will only skew the results.

Either way, I'm not really sure what exactly a GHQ would look like, so I'd say build a mansion. It sounds like you have more planned out for the mansion, as well.
