im hosing on internet but it appears dead in internet and for some reason theres also a lan one thats alive

idk if i can becouse i dont know how to check if its up well my dedi is dead i know that i cant host a server becouse no one goes to LAN

LAN only works nearby (like host for a computer in yer neighborhood or sometin like that)
