how do i make an add on?

Use 'Search', that is about all you will get around here.

First, you need to code what you want.

Then you make/find all the models you need, the textures, and the sounds.

Bug testing

And your done! Its that simple!

Well its not that easy, you first got to get this program called MilkShape3D Its 30$ and then all you have to do is scriped for wheels by saying For front left tire say Hub1 Fore right front tire Hub2 Back wheels are 3 and 4

Then after that make the body and for seats Mount,1,2,3,4 etc.

well ppl need help.
they arnet idoits, how will they find out how to make an add on?
i myself need help with this.

They are. Their is a link just above this directory saying how to make a weapon. If you want to find out, then figure it out yourself.

I'm going to paraphrase the Q&A page for Blockland:

Q: How do I make add ons?

A: If you can't figure this out on your own, you probably will never be able to anyway.

Sorry, but there is too much to explain in one post. My advice is to learn by learning at add-ons you have and start off small, and just for the heck of it, I'll be nice and give you some references I have:
