You guys are fat, I weigh 160  :cookieMonster:

18, 6'0", 150lbs.

I'm doing decent with my workout routine. Every other day with bench, curling, butterflies, and ab exercises along with a protein shake following every session. I'm naturally skinny and weak, so this proves a challenge. I think I'm improving though.

at 14% body fat
spend an hour a day jogging, and do 500 situps every morning. ive lost a stuffload of weight in last 8 months

the real trick was giving up the mountain dew. i drank so much of it. and dropped it cold turkey.
i still wake up screaming and in a sweat, my body needs it man


Your body needs a little fat. You can also get fat from anything. If you are really worried just do a few sit-ups every night before going to bed.

I've run brown townysis on cola mostly on caffeine content but also on a few other chemicals. The stuff's definitely not healthy when you need to use the powerhouse chemicals we used just to isolate caffeine from it in the preparation steps.

General rule of thumb: The more powerful the chemicals you need to get something to a basic brown townyzable form, the less you want that stuff inside your own system. It usually means A: you need chemicals strong enough to out-do them in nastiness and B: Good luck to your system on digesting that stuff.

Yeah I dropped caffeinated and sugary soda and started working out about a month ago and lost a good bit of weight, I actually feel a lot better for it.  Although I think I've hit a plateau in my weight loss so I probably need to step it up a bit lol.

What about cafine free diet soda's I've been drinking a ton of those lately are they any better?

HFCS is a real big target. Drinking green tea works to get caffeine.

Well, forget. I weigh 148 and I'm 5' 4" :(

I weigh 110 and I'm 5' 7"

And I sleep on a bed of NAILS!

5' 11", 110.

I eat anything I feel like, and nothing happends :D
