it doesnt show up even though its enabled in the add on list
so i can only spawn it in some1 elses server where its enabled
wuts the problem?

You've obviously done something stupid to your MagicCarpet Add-On, i suggest either Re-Installing (dont sat it wont work because it MUST) or getting a copy of the file from someone else.

you may have deleted one of its files.

Just install a new copy of blockland, no addons, enter your key, fresh blockland try now, if you can't install blockland, there is something wrong with your computer.
