I think you need to be a member to do that.

Like one that who has this:

• Clan experience
• Know all products.
• Know the current co-leader well
• Have a really good vocabulary, BiT does not want 1337 speakers.
• Know the clan's history like attacks on clans and clan wars. (I know some)
• Maybe have some eventing experience, you'll never know!

I think you can IF you get premission from that friend. One of my members apped with a computer I helped him with, and they said "Get premission from Tommy." But 1 app, 2 people is a no-no.
