Egg. The only way for the chicken to be born is the egg, so obviously the egg came first.

Definetley the egg. How else would the chicken be made?

But...

Long answer:
There was always an unborn chicken inside of the egg. The egg just protects and nurishes it during the first stages of development. The chicken came first because the chicken always there. However the chicken must begin its life in an egg otherwise it will die before it has the opportunity to reproduce and create more eggs. So the answer would have to be both.

Short answer: Omg nubs it is the egg cuz i said so

The former is a lot easier for me to accept than the latter, as a Christian.

Not Christian enough for ya?

I seriously hate these dichotomies, it's always 100% you are or 100% you aren't. Obviously some people believe to varying extents, that is a mother loving fact and will not change no matter how much filing and sorting you do to try to fit everyone into a few folders.

Chicken has 42 votes it automatically wins!

God made all animals first, including the Chicken. I think. Then that chicken laid an egg

I'm don't want to impede on peoples beliefs, but God can't just magically create random animals. Plus, where would they come from? He just zapped them to earth? Think about that.

The Bible explains why people are so handicapped, rather then living in paradise, we wanted apples... Yeah nice one there Adam and Eve.

Why couldn't He? God, being all powerful, isn't bound to logic or physics. After all, He created them. That's what most people have the hardest time understanding. People put God in a box and desided what He can and can't do.

Now, I'm done discussing this because (like last time) arguing over the internet is like running in the special olympics: Even if you when, you're still handicapped. And my vote still stands as Chicken.

Explain yourself.

FYI Humanity created god. Think about that.

The egg, it was a dinosaurs egg at once until evolution slowly took its turn

Or it was just a forgeted up looking dinosaur that somehow spread.

Explain yourself.

Because someone believes in evolution it means that person isn't christian? That my friend is bullstuff. It is essentially an opinion that contradicts some Christianity beliefs, but not all of them. This is what I mean with the perception of either it's everything or nothing. If you don't believe in absolutely everything like the other guy, then sorry buddy but you're excommunicated, bull-loving-stuff.

You know back home they tried to disallow me to attend church because I "Liked chemistry" in high school. At that point I was indecisive about whether I believed in Christianity or not. Do you think being denied, basically excommunicated, was helping very much? Well of course not. I never held it against Christianity as a whole, but I seriously loathe my hometown inhabitants for the amount of stuff they pulled simply to feel high and mighty. Even today I'm still indecisive about the whole religion deal, maybe I'm just being too nice about it.

Here's an argument you thick-skulled idiots never think about:
What if god created evolution? It makes perfect sense. He based everything on science, he 'invented' science, so why is it not possible he 'invented' evolution?

In the Bible (I know everyone is going to dissagre with me somehow) it says God created human, not magical monkeys that turn INTO human, just Human.
