Port Forwarding: Whitch two types?

On my Linksys router, I can port forward in two ways:

Single Port Forwarding or Port Range Forwarding.

Witch one would I need to do for this? I really want to fix this, as Blockintosh needs hosting.

I would try single first.
If something happens, do the other option.
