How do i verify my ID?

Hi, im totaly new to blockland. this is acualy my first post and I tried to play online for the first time but it sayed "server droped connection" or something and it sayed "try verifying your blockland ID." how do i do this?

This should happen automatically, but for some people changing their name works.
Other then that I'm not sure.
