Decal Weirdness

Help, when I made a decal, this happened-



As you can see, his side is yellow, but his body is supposed to be blue. What is going on, and can you guys help me?

blue part is supposed to be transparent

It is. The rest of his body is normal, and the only opaque part on his chest is the yellow.

I think this is because the decal is to big? Try making the decal smaller.

I have come to believe that it does that when a certain amount of corners is colored, and not transparent. Try making each corner transparent (Only one pixel that is in the corner).
