Hi I'm Master Pain, and I suck at building,i would like you to post tips and tricks on how to make good builds(not complicated).

Avoid spam

Use normal colors

Don't use the compound 2x4 wall style, use 1x4x5's or whatever

Use positive and negative spaces well.

Also, if you want good ideas on what to build. Try drawing some ideas on paper first. Then building them.

I think it's better to get defining elements roughed out in your head, then build those, then fill in the build from there.

If you build with too much of a plan or idea, then you're going to have a hard time seeing it progress and eventually you'll get discouraged, or at least that's what I've felt in my builds.

some of best builds (IMO) have been off the top of my head.

People have their own methods :P
I can't argue that mine is the best, but i like to draw my ideas.
