Seriously? They are numbers... They are just more commonly used in length than letters are. For example HaloMaster8947329 is just as annoying as xXHalofortheWinandSonicXx. I don't think you can stereotype uncreativeness just to numbers, unless the prename is really unoriginal or the numbers are 123456789. I do think the name looks more sharp when it doesn't have numbers, but I'm not going to say they are stupid for picking the name.
