Author Topic: BL crashes when Downloading addons (Read 915 times)

I'll join a server and begin to download addons and an error message pops up keeping me from enjoying the game.

Also, when I manage to join a game, it lags like something nasty. I've set the network settings to Cable, which I have, and it still doesn't help.

Anyone know what's wrong?

Hm. i would say broken/fail add-on.. but this is odd. Have you tried reinstalling BL? Also, have you been able to successfully join a server with add-ons before?

Yeah, I have been able to join with addons before. But not since I got new internet.
And I've re-installed twice. I'm gonna try again.

I don't think a new ISP would cause a crash. But yes, do install again.

I think it worked. But that lag problem still occurs.
I've tried 3 different servers and i've connected but lagged horribly.
