If Badspot could sue for roblox for "stealing his idea", then LEGO could file copyright infringement lawsuits against every building block company (Megabloks, K'nex) and building games like Blockland and Roblox. (FYI LEGO did try to sue Megabloks, didn't work. Filing a lawsuit over brick design like trying to patent the wheel.)
