I went to trade in a game apparently according to them it was scratched to hell and they wanted ME to pay them to take it in, The game was perfectly fine, played fine. And they wanted me to pay them, after that I never trade in games with them.

There was another incident when the clerks were rude when I inquired them because they didn't activate the PSN card correctly. Instead of activating it correctly or giving me a refund, the clerk told me to shut up and keep it. GameCrazy is so better than Gamestop, it has better service.
