I have recently made a ~~WORKING~~ Speedboat and before i release it i want to know how to make it work in water only, not land.

What do you want it to do if its not in water? You could check the water coverage of it.

Just throwing this out there, couldn't you make horse-like vehicle that has almost no speed on land, but has a high water speed? I was looking through the horse script and you should be able to do that.
