Author Topic: Sears Tower  (Read 2828 times)

Description:
After recently returning from my trip to Chicago, I wanted to try and make the Sears Tower. It is the tallest known tower in the United States of America, standing 422 meters (1450.58 feet) tall. Note, it's a tower, not a building.

Pictures:

The tower itself.

The top of the tower, I don't know what the white things are, they're there.

Me looking out the tower.

And the real tower.

I think they look alike, sort of. I would not like any ratings, for this was just me trying to make the Sears Tower with only remembering, no pictures. I did not put much detail in it, it was only a test really. You may say if they look alike or not though.

Don't emote spam, but thanks I guess.

That's very nice, it would be nice to post the save, so people can make their own interiors!

Not that great of a build- just 9 boxy towers of varying height with the default windows, probably duped. It doesn't even look like you took the care to make stairs or an elevator; or make the whole build flow, for that matter. You didn't even take time to make the top cool.

And furthermore "It is the tallest known tower in the United States of America"? Are there ones that are hiding from us?

Edit: Also, the tower doesn't even follow it's original. I just noticed that it seems to be a central tower of four with others scattered about. If you look at the Sears Tower, you'll notice that there are 9 smaller towers meshed together, with two ending at one step, two more ending another step up, three more ending on the final step and two remaining at the tower's final height without the antennas.

It was just seeing if I remembered what it looked like from my trip as I said in the topic.

I like it.

Now release the save so we can demolish it with physics.

Build an interior first, more debris. /british accent
