i go on today, i start my dedicated server, play on it for like a hour, then i leave, i come back, a guy on IRC PMed my admin, his name same as mine, i message myself saying WTF, he replys with hello?

is there a way i can ban him from using my key??

Get a new key, your current one might get disabled soon.

Users on the IRC can set their name to whatever they want, usernames aren't protected there.
