When I move my mouse once my camera shoots up and when I move some..(HELP ME!)

....more it just spins around in a circle, and I cant look down at all! I went on today to blow crap up, but when I moved my mouse slightly my camera shot straight up, and when I moved my mouse which ever way, the camera just spins around in a circle! I cant get it down!

    I tried a different mouse, didnt work, I got mad so I deleted all of Blockland from my Computer, which Ill regret.... But help me now please!!!(Ill download it again if you do :)    ) PLEASE HELP ME!!
