I personally like the feature. It lets me know if someone had said interesting, so I don't have to go and edit my post after it's submitted.
I just don't like when people think it's all a race to get the next post.

I only do it in time when like someone posts something before me that's important or that I said.  so it's not like looking like i copied.  Also for game topics in like above poster.  yar.  I try to avoid it for any other uses though.
