Well, like, when I have the hammer, or the Bow, or any other tool, it won't let me click.
I can still move around, but I can't click. Can't respawn, either.

Hmm, odd. Is there a mouse cursor in the blockland window? If there is, press M.

Well, I CAN click, but when I do, it doesn't do anything in the game.

Go to Options either from the Main Menu by pressing Options, or in-game by pressing Ctrl+O.
Then click the tab labelled Controls, and click Set Defaults and choose your keyboard layout.

Although Gen. Nick's suggestion wasn't bad, but as you can see, none of these were the problem, he said that there was a cursor on the screen, and that Shinji told him to press M.

That fixed it! It somehow took off MOUSE1 from the controls, so I set it to default.
