I loving hate Comcast! Their customer service sucks, their internet and cable service sucks, and the the miserable bastards could give a stuff about the customer! The other day they disconnected my internet because they can't figure out when to send me my bill. I have had DirecTV for my whole life, and their service is 100% better then stuffty Comcats's! I'm considering hooking up with DirecTV's internet service. They get on my e-mail and read my messages. I have just about had it with Comcast!

I love DirecTV! Yeah, much cheaper. They helped me hook it up so I could watch one DVD throughout all 15 TVs in my house!

My internet drops for no reason when im using it, especialy when i dont bother it (Lets say i leave for 2 days for vacation), it just says im connected to the network but theres no internet.

Other then that i have high download speeds on 360 but it sometime feels like its lagging.

Im staying with Comcast for now.

Verizon FiOS ftw

Service is local, always reliable, and unlike comcast really DOES have fiberoptic technology. Comcast just says that because they were losing business.

Actually, yes. The other day the cable box was malfunctioning, so we called them and the next day they popped in, replaced it and left in less than an hour.
Their internet is fine too, but my family is considering getting Verizon FiOs.

It's true Comcast doesn't have fiber optics. We would've gotten it then :(

I'd rather have FiOS but it's not currently in my area. Comcast will have to do.


That's why I got AT&T.

It only freezes every so often 3 hours.


If you are switching, I suggest Verizon. It may be expencive but it has great internet speeds. I hardly wait over an hour to download anything.

Once Comcast fixed our neighbor's internet by taking away ours, which then took three days to repair. Other than that we haven't had many problems with Comcast.
