I just tested it, and I have to say that it's ok, but needs some changes. The axle parts shouldn't poke out when you turn. I suggest making the axle of the vehicle model, and make the wheel separate.
Also, the model is awesome, but something about it seems off. It's not normal, or something that bugs me. I really can't pinpoint it.
Other than that, this is great.

One thing that's goofy about the model is how little surface area is given to the tires.  When you go to the trouble to make shocks on the vehicle, the tires should at least look plausible.  The edges of the tire should be much smaller and the main surface should be much larger.  I haven't used the vehicle at all so I don't know what it's like in-game, but the tires immediately looked bizarre to me.

I agree, the dimensions just seem distorted somehow.
Other than that though, it looks awesome, and can make good for transport in a TDM or something.

Something that annoys me a bit with a lot of vehicles is that your feather thing tends to go through the roof.
Not really bad, but mildly annoying.
