I am having problems creating a weapon that plays an animation when it is fired and was wondering if anyone with MS3D animation experiance could tell me what the forget I am screwing up?
I tried using
this thread
as a reference but I just can't seem to get it right.
here is basically what I am working on, (not actually my real model, but what I am practicing animations on.)

DTS format after I exported it:

Right now I am just plugging it into the weapon_minigun.zip in order to see if I make any progress, hence the .dts's name.
