Port Foward The Laptop (How?)

I know how to port foward and i have hosted games but every time i move my laptop to a new network i have to Un port foward so i can even connect to the internet. Is there any way i can port foward my laptop and move it to a new connection without having this issue?

It might be your static IP settings, as those save to your laptop, and the port forward settings save to the router.

I know, but i need the computer to have 2 diffrent working ports, one with auto IP the other with Static but to my router
