What do you consider a *good* add on?

I have RTB like many people on Blockland, and I always check the little news thing when I open Blockland. I search through the list, but I really haven't found many good add-ons recently.... But this is a SERIOUS matter of opinion. To me, a good add on is a unique weapon, or an interesting emitter, or a new kind of brick that's unique from all the others. I just... don't find having all the guns from Halo very useful. >_>

So then, what do you, as a single person, consider a good add on?

Things that would fail under my definition:
A pack of automatic rifles
A jeep mod using a model of a firetruck you downloaded from turbo squid
Any gamemode where no effort was put into creating appropriate GUIs
Every OnVehicleTouch event made to date
Stupid admin mods that add unnecessary (like muting, jailing) or abusive commands (like killing everyone in the server or slapping)
