Vehicle: Blockstang GT v4

• The FB was a piece of stuff edit that failed at flying, and the model was made worse by edit.
  
• The only bad thing I know about the Blockstang is its instability.

Fix the handling and ask if you can use the wheels from the flying Blockstang. There is also missing textures.

They were at first. But after v4.. I wanted to change it. I wont be releasing a v5 until Midnight Block comes out.

Yeah, when you drove it, it didn't self-correct for wobble, so it got REALLY annoying. Never really bothered me though.
