Wont accept my card?

Hey guys,

I have just spent the last 10 mins or so trying to buy blockland but it doesnt seem to be liking it.

I enter all my card details and checked them thoroughly and the buying page keeps bouncing back with this;

"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."

Why cant my card be used? Its a VISA debet card and I know there is money in my bank so whats the deal?

I highly suggest asking Badspot via a PM or even email. The community has nothing to do with payment nor should it.

You have to enter the credit card numbers without any spaces or anything.  Make sure your number appears like this:

0000111122223333

If it won't work, maybe you should try to register a paypal, then buy Blockland through there

I've tried everything I can think of. Further more I cant make a paypal account because i dont know the address of my branch - will have to find out another day. I'm hoping I can use a house mates card to pay and give him the cash, it works out at about £13 or so. :)

I think I might have worked out whats going on.

My bank hasnt fowarded my address and in fact still has my old address (which is my mums house) as the billing address. Or at least this is what I believe. Once I had entered the incorect address several times the site (or perhaps my bank?) blocked the transaction from happening again so even if I now try with the correct (?) address it wont accept it. Hopefully this will wear off within 24 hours or somthing.


At least this is the best guess I have as to why it isnt working.

All good guys, I set up a paypal and it worked fine. =D

I now own a copy of Blockland - let the games begin.
