I still do not get how people up here can complain about the weather. I even gone all winter without a coat and not gotten anything but wet hair from melting snow.

I've never been in that kind of weather for a long time, but I remember hearing about my dad having to keep his car running in Iowa outside because the engine would freeze.

My parents (back in there prime) went skiing in -40 weather, they had to bring in the car battery every night
