The link is at HERE. No pictures because I don't know where the Camera is. It's a bunch of Mumbo-Jumbo screenshots piled together into a theme. Just extract the .ZIP into the '_system_' folder of your R4's MicroSD.

Protip: Do not take picutes of your computer monitor with a camera. Use the PrtScrn key, and paste into paint.
