Author Topic: Laptop I plan to get  (Read 3037 times)

Sorry trader, thinkpads may look like they can withstand anything, but this one just has more features and a better price. Sorry  :panda:

You know, I wouldn't have even noticed this topic if you hadn't mentioned my name.  Someone linked me to the topic.

1. You never buy ThinkPads directly from Lenovo.  That's just asking to pay hundreds more than you need to.
2. The build quality of ThinkPads is nearly unrivalled in the laptop market.
3. They are very classy and professional looking, instead of glossy and cheap looking.
4. Lenovo offers ThinkPads for all kinds of budgets.

I really don't care what laptop any of you have or are looking to buy.  But, if you message me about it or insult my opinion without cause, then you're just begging me to let you know what I think.

P.S. Nice ThinkPad, Packer. :cookieMonster:

Check out the setup for my laptop.

P.S. The pink memory card in the gamecube, it was worth it, no matter the color. It has 16x the memory of the normal memory card.

New HP Laptop + Dell Speakers = DOES NOT COMPUTE.

Heh. I don't like this product much. It has a stuffload of pre-installed programs like some DVD play or some stuff.

Ouch.
Oh well, I'm still getting an HP Mini-Note 1000 XP soon, and I don't care how much pre-installed software's on it, I'm reformatting it and giving it a fresh install of Windows Vista. (I have a Windows Vista Ultimate disk that I don't use because all my other computers have Windows 7)

This coming semester I will need a laptop.

I need to start looking :/

I'll let Trader ask it.

I already have a entrepreneur in desktop. Problem is where I live, due to several school programs, everyone has a laptop, thus everyone uses them when they go over to a friends house and such. Only problem is most people have upgraded, but I haven't. So I need a laptop with power. Size, power, how much it eighs doesn't matter. I just take a three minute ride to my friends house, set it on the counter, and plug it in.

Or the white ones.
