As for an AA tank, it might be similar to the Old-School Rifle by Bushido, but it would be rapid-fire and would spawn not a projectile, but an explosion in the sky, making it deadly and like real flak.

That would make it too easy to shoot down airplanes and pull all of the fun out of it, and since it would also have to be long range, it would be way overpowered.
