These are great!  I love the body decal, the face is odd, but it's kind of a hard thing to remake, so you did a great job.  I was going to do these but never got around to it, and had no idea on how to approach it, you did much better than I probably would have.

Could you make Rebel and Civilian decals?  That would be awesome.  Rebels have pretty much the exact same armor as the Metro police do, just change the bottom part to have Civilian clothing underneith.   If you are going to do this, it would probably be easier to do the Civilian first, so you can just add it to bottom of metro police later and make a rebel.

err The only links that work are Regular and Reddish.  You should upload them to RTB and use their links, since they never fail, media fire is a tard.

Edit: Now that I look at body decal in-game, you should really make the bottom part transparent.

1. All rebels are same except some colors underneith very, so you should probably just have the lower part of it with the green, blue, whatever be transparent so you don't have to make several decals

I've highlighted in red the parts you should just delete for the rebel, then put the civilian decal (If you make that) behind it, insta rebel. 

If you delete all the color in those parts and just keep outline, it's what I mean for the cop.  But if you want to keep the darker shaded areas a darker shade, just put a shaded area there (A dark transparent layer).
Also, center your decal :3

Look at the in-game screen shots, does it look like it's too far to the right? No, and Idk why the hell it does this, but if I would center it it would go too far to the left. :P

Civilians all have a white shirt under a blue button up shirt type thing.  Rebel decal would be the combine decal you have just made, but you remove everything but the belt things and the top armor piece and put this button up shirt underneath.  If you gave me permission, I could edit the decals and show you what I mean, it would be up to you if you wanted them out or not.

I do plan on releasing it despite if you agree to let me make a rebel decal with it out of your decal anyway.

I know i just showed the civilian one, it's the one i am deffinatly releasing soon.
