I can't stand people that just say "Windows vista sucks, end of discussion".

Shut your loving mouth and tell me something thats worth hearing, not "Vista sucks loel".

Also @ Marcem, I'm pretty sure windows 7 is gonna cost a load just like Vista did when it came out so no thanks :)

Thank you to Reactor Worker for some logic ._. I'm supposing cooler master is a good brand?

I'm not saying this. I'm saying that I have a computer with Vista, and IMO it's not as good as XP. It seems slow unless you switch it to the classic theme, which I dislike, the icons are too large, and I can not find any search function, which was useful when you had a extreme amount of files/programs.

I can not find any search function

Due to it being at the bottom of the start bar, I'm going to disregard any advice to have given or plan to give ;)

Did you, I don't know, hit ctrl+f or type in the search bar in the corner?

Ah. Never saw that before.
Also confusing location of power button is confusing. I kept clicking that button with the power logo on it, that just locks your computer.

AAAAANNNDDD You can change the icon size!

The reasons you dislike Vista are disturbingly funny to me. The vista search is the easiest thing to find, and you didn't know how to turn it off :|...

Anyway: I got Windows Vista Premium for only +$10, so I'm updating that in the OP along with a different case, and ram that Reactorworker said.

Current item in question: Powersupply...

Here's an idea

That one looks good to me.

Thats what I thought, but it doesn't have any reviews.

my sister has a 3 kilo watt power supply lying around...

Is she fat?

I'd recommend this PSU if you wanted to upgrade. Free shipping and mail-in-rebate more than make up for the additional cost (PSUs are heavy and cost a lot to ship).

There are a lot of other reasons to choose a Corsair PSU such as: a single 12v+ rail, cleaner power, higher quality components and more efficiency.

I have that exact same PSU.

That looks good, what about this one?

I found another combo, I'm gonna update the stats on the front page.

Ok, vista is great.

The only problems I've had is the Laptop my mom bought me was essentially too slow for vista, so I reverted back to my old PC and gave her the laptop. (Too slow as in too slow for Games/Bricks.)

Bling, most of my parts are in combos. Once I took the time too find good combos and such, it made my PC slightly better* and made it about 150$ cheaper.

*The combos had parts that were like in some cases 20$ more expensive than the original, but the combos saved up to 50$.

Edit: Also I noticed you are thinking like me, or you forgot. Are you putting your old CD Drive in the new case?
