WTF? We had spelling words in 6th, last year, but you must be younger then that! (I loving HATE spelling tests, I can loving spell!)
I'm a freshman in college, and, I don't recall having spelling all through middle school, nor highschool. We just had to be gramatically correct in our papers etc. But, some school's don't require that. The closest thing to spelling that we had was Wordly Wise. But, it may not have helped that I was in all advanced classes.
