No, this is not "fixed". I think that's what happened with my last topic to fix this. Too ambiguous and unclear.
Anyway, I have everything in my router set up, but there is no fixed DHCP. I would like to know what I should use for it, since internet setup is one of the few things that I know little about with computers.
