Author Topic: Always Offline Mode?  (Read 662 times)

Well, last Saturday lightning struck my house, I was out of power. (Lucky me, I was playing Blockland and I didn't get shocked. Even luckier that my computer isn't dead.) I had to get a new router. I can't port forward now. I don't care about that anymore, but WHY.. I got a trojan downloader..... somehow.. (LUL) and it got removed and all. Now I'm always Offline Mode. I tried reinstalling Blockland. I checked my firewalls. Nothing so far works. Does anyone know what I should do? I'm not a console person, but I'm posting my console.log file.

Firewall or security software is preventing Blockland from connecting to the internet.

WinSock error 10013 is "Access Denied".  Permissions is the problem whether you choose to believe it or not.

Lord Elavier, if you're just going to make smart ass comments I suggest you stay out of the help forum.

I've checked all over! :( I put Blockland.exe on the exceptions list, and I DO NOT know how to check the exceptions on Windows Live OneCare. What should I do now?

I just noticed that the virus came back.. lol. It has the name 'Win32", or something similar to it. Also I noticed my console says 'Connect error:10013' It said that eight times.

Bump. I am downloading some programs from cnn.com and they don't help.

Nevermind, it was my firewall. Thanks for the help, Badspot. Locking.
