If you didn't get what everyone was trying to say, they were pointing out your lack of proper grammar while you were trying to complain about people who don't use grammar properly.  So yes, it backfired at you.

It's an online game, you don't need to have perfect grammar..

If your going to make a thread that mocks others' grammar, you should go over it a few times to make sure you didn't mess mess up your own, as well.
