Ok, over the past week I have seen over 7 topics in the wrong section. I mean, come on. I mean, I know some people don't read the rules but do they even read the description of the section? Even if they didn't, the name gives it away. Discuss.

Maybe they just can't decide which one is most correct?

That's fine, but when it's blatantly obvious, like when you post a help topic in gallery or something outrageous like that, there's a problem.

They read the title, not the description, if you haven't noticed that already?
