i would guess its related to an addon your using.

Crashes when starting minigames
Possible incompatible mods:
Rotondo's Zombies Left 4 Block
TheGeek's NewRewards and various ports of
Team Deathmatch ports from Blockland v8
Try disabling these if you have them.
