Author Topic: New Member Thread. Post Here Instead of Creating a Topic.  (Read 2757 times)

If you keep bumping it it won't 'die', obviously.

If the only activity in the topic is you bumping it then there isn't much point.
But that isn't the only activity.

You're right, there's also this:
I don't see why they shouldn't post a new topic.
It lets us know that they're willing to communicate rather than jumping around saying random garbage.

They don't need to post a new topic though. The board is about discussing Blockland not welcoming new members.

It's obvious to me now that the new members coming into Blockland want attention and refuse to post in an already created topic. I'm just going to lock this if everyone that's new just wants to rake in attention.

Also, on a side note, anyone notice an increase in these "I'm new" topics? Not to mention most of them are actually comming from ROBLOX.
Interesting... I come from ROBLOX as well. I joined on February, but I never posted anything. I've been building some few things on Blockland and also checking out some mods for it. I hope I enjoy my stay there. :)

This topic is just a bad idea, there is nothing wrong with new members being able to introduce themselves by creating their own topic.

Hi. I'm Pliny the younger and I joined about... fourteen days ago. So far I have about 92 posts.
I've been on BL's full version since V10, but I only joined the Forums recently.
