It's like getting a job.
The first impression counts.

...Then make a good first impression.

Leave this guy alone.

This is your own topic.

Well, he didn't and that's how he lost all his simpathy from us.
You can't change our opinion about someone unless you would prove us wrong.
Don't even force us to change our opinions.

His account and post got deleted. What is with everyone posting?

Wait, why do you have a list of people who can post? Posting is not a privilege you can hand out and take away. It's a pass time.

I AM POSTING WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

Halcynthis is an egotistical douchebag, it's hard to not hate him.

I don't know him, but judging by the impression he made on the forum members he's not the kind I'd associate myself with.

I don't understand how, even in real life, people can put up with their douchebag friends that they almost hate.

Probably because in real life we're ready to succumb easily to others' forced opinions so we're pretty much backseat drivers in everything we do. It is a form of psychological control in which the parasitic "friend" will usually state his own opinions as absolutely correct and that we, the host, will need to change and conform to it. It is rather a self-defense on the parasite's part to changing their own mindset and ways.

This is my case with one of my more spectacular friends anyways.

This case isn't always true though. That might be why I wasn't 'popular' in school. Then again I thought of it as school, a place to learn, and not a popularity contest.
