ON-TOPIC:there is a mentally handicapped 1st-grader in my school,and he is perfectly capable of speaking normally,(because i've been to my friend's house and he's his Brother),but he chooses to talk like an idiot.he thinks purposely running into things and making hitting sounds is hilarious.to go to the bathroom,he says,"Me go bafroom now?"
or when the line for the bus can go (he's always in front) he says,"Us go now?"
annoying as HECK.also, he makes kick-in-the-crotch jokes(where he actually hits himself in the crotch,along with his allegedly 'cool' friends) at lunch,and pretty much yells every word he speaks.

TL;DR-he's a complete dope.

Ironically he would have to be pretty smart not to blow his cover at such a young age.

As for this black handicap, he reminds me of a black kid at my school who did nearly the same thing to me, but I was playing mario kart on single card, I was hosting, and he wanted to use my DS in particular so he could chose his own character. Also almost every male in the class was playing except him (were taking a really long and important test, so we got breaks in the middle where we could play video games). He actually the reason why I always call black people mondays now.
