Weak Limbs

Hey, thanks for reading.

I don't know why, but a few minutes ago my arms, head, and neck seem to be aching and weak. I am having a bloody nose right now, but it's not running blood, it's just sittin' in there. Does anyone know why this is happening? Could I have swallowed too much blood or something?
